This Privacy Policy explains how Sittu Group Inc. ("Sittu Group," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Index Unknown (the "App").

This policy applies to the App itself. An app store, operating-system provider, or website you use to obtain the App may process information under its own privacy policy.

2. Information We Collect

Sittu Group Inc. does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information through Index Unknown. The App does not include advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or user-account systems.

The App does not request or collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact lists
• Precise or approximate location
• Photos, videos, audio, files, or messages
• Advertising identifiers or data used for targeted advertising
• Analytics, gameplay telemetry, or crash reports sent to us

3. Information Stored on Your Device

Index Unknown stores game progress, completion status, preferences, and any puzzle save states locally on your device. This information is used only to preserve your experience between sessions. It is not transmitted to Sittu Group Inc. or stored on our servers.

You can remove ordinary game progress and save states using the App's clear-save-data control. You can remove all locally stored App data through your device settings or by uninstalling the App. Store-managed purchase records may remain associated with your store account under the store provider's policies.

4. In-App Purchases and App Stores

Index Unknown may offer an optional, one-time purchase. Payments are processed by the platform from which you obtained the App, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. Sittu Group Inc. does not receive or store your payment-card number, bank-account details, or store-account password.

The App receives only the minimum purchase-status and entitlement information needed to confirm the transaction, acknowledge it with the platform, restore an eligible purchase, and unlock the purchased content. We do not use this information for analytics, advertising, or profiling, and we do not transmit it to servers operated by Sittu Group Inc. A simple unlock status may be retained locally on your device so purchased content remains available offline.

5. Sharing, Sale, and Advertising

Because Sittu Group Inc. does not collect personal information through the App, we do not sell or share such information. Index Unknown contains no third-party advertising and does not track you across apps or websites.

6. Retention and Deletion

We do not maintain App user profiles or databases of App users, so Sittu Group Inc. has no personal App data to retain or delete. Locally stored game data remains on your device until you clear it or remove the App. App-store transaction records are retained and controlled by the relevant platform provider according to its own policies and legal obligations.

7. Children's Privacy

Index Unknown does not knowingly collect personal information from children—or from any other user. If you believe personal information has been provided to us in connection with the App, please contact us so we can investigate and respond appropriately.

8. Security

The App's privacy-first design limits data risk by not sending personal or gameplay information to Sittu Group Inc. Local game data is subject to the security protections provided by your device and operating system. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, so you should keep your device and store account protected.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will show a new "Last updated" date. If a future version of the App begins collecting personal information, we will update this policy and any required in-app or app-store disclosures before that collection begins.
